How far we’ve come but also what exciting development still lie ahead…

One of the reasons that The Guide is so fascinated by the mobile ‘phone is that it is effectively replacing the PC as the world’s ubiquitous computer. One day, not long from now, everyone on the planet will carry one. What other Prodigal gadget can you say that of?
