We’ve mentioned Baume & Mercier to you before. After spending a few happy hours with the brand at their ‘Hamptons House’ at SIHH 2012 (to everyone else, that would be a, ahem, ’stand’), what we came away with was an overwhelming desire to spend more time – a lot more time – with one of their models in particular: the Capeland Flyback Chronograph.
This unassuming little chrono captured our attention – and quite possibly our hearts – above and beyond anything else in the collection. The question is: how would it stand up to the scrutiny of a Talking Hands episode?
